# Customizing the button color if you are using checkout extensions


### Overview

With Checkout Extensions, you can customize the upsell button color to match your store’s branding. This ensures a seamless look and improves customer trust.

###### Step-by-Step Guide

When you are creating or editing a checkout upsell, you can choose the predetermined colors from the "Customization" section of the offer itself:

However, if you want to use custom colors, you can easily edit the checkout button color by following the next steps:

1. Log in to **Shopify Admin**

2. Open the UpsellPlus App
* Go to **Apps** in the lefthand menu
* Click **UpsellPlus** from the list of installed apps

3. Head to your Sales channels to locate a theme then click **Customize**

4. Select the page you want to edit from the dropdown menu; in this example, **Checkout**

5. Go to **Settings **on the left menu and scroll down to the section **Color**

6. Click on the button option > select the color you want > **Save**

By following these instructions, the button of your **post-purchase upsell **will be changed, and at the same time, your **checkout upsell**.
