# How to manage UpsellPlus offers with Shopify Sidekick

**You can ask Shopify Sidekick about your UpsellPlus offers in plain language.** Sidekick can find your offers, report how they're performing, and open the UpsellPlus editor to create or edit an offer, with the placement already selected.

- **Where:** Sidekick in your Shopify admin
- **Requires:** UpsellPlus installed; nothing to set up
- **Changes are never saved automatically:** you review and click **Save** in the editor

## What you can ask

### Find offers and check performance
- "What upsell offers do I have?"
- "Show my active checkout offers."
- "How are my upsells doing this month?"
- "Which offer converts best?"

Sidekick can filter by placement (checkout, cart, post-purchase, product page and more), status (live or off) and name. It reports **revenue**, **conversions**, **impressions**, **revenue per impression** and **attach rate** for the **last 7 days**, **last 30 days** or **this month**.

### Create an offer
- "Add a cross-sell to checkout."
- "Set up a free gift with purchase."
- "Create a post-purchase upsell."

Sidekick opens the UpsellPlus offer editor with the placement pre-selected (checkout, checkout header, checkout footer, post-purchase, thank-you page, cart page, cart drawer, cart popup or product page).

### Edit an offer
- "Change the discount on my checkout upsell."
- "Update my free gift offer."
- "Rename my cart drawer offer to Summer bundle."

Sidekick finds the offer and opens it in the editor. It can fill in a new name or placement, but you still need to click **Save** to apply it.

## FAQ

**Can Sidekick change my offers without me?**
No. Sidekick opens the editor and can stage a name or placement change, but nothing is saved until you click **Save**.

**What periods can Sidekick report on?**
Last 7 days (the default), last 30 days, or this month. For other ranges, use **Analytics** in UpsellPlus.
