# How to show an upsell on a specific page of the checkout

||| In the new checkout, you can set your checkout to be 3-page or 1-page. On the 3-page version you can put a checkout extension on a specific page. To change the position of the upsell on the new checkout, follow the steps below:

###### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to **Shopify Admin**

2. Open the UpsellPlus app
* Go to Apps in the left-hand menu
* Click UpsellPlus from the list of installed apps

3. Click this button: **Go to Checkout Editor**

4. Navigate to the **gear icon top left
* Scroll down to Checkout layout
* Choose checkout type

5. Click at top of checkout editor to select which page to edit

6. Select a location for the upsell

* Drag the upsell up or down in the sidebar by clicking and dragging the six dots next to the app extension.
* You can select which page (Information, Shipping, Payment) the upsell shows on by selecting the page from the dropdown at the top of the page
* Drag and drop the extension to position the upsell

7. Click 'Save' in the top right corner
