# How to Trigger Offers Based on Klaviyo Segments?

### Overview

**UpsellPlus** allows you to set rules and conditions within the **Targeting** section to control when an upsell should appear. You can find the **Targeting** section at the top of each upsell offer.

With the **Klaviyo Segment** targeting rule, you can display specific offers to selected customer groups based on their Klaviyo segments. This helps you create more personalized upsell experiences and show the right offers to the right customers.



###### Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to **Shopify Admin**

2. Open the **UpsellPlus** App
* Go to **Apps** in the left-hand menu
* Click **UpsellPlus** from the list of installed apps

3. Create or edit an upsell offer

4. Head to the **Targeting** section

5. Add the **Klaviyo Segment Rule**
* Click on '**Add Targeting Rule**'
* Select **Klaviyo Segment**

6. Click **Save**.
