# Why can’t I accept the subscription after installing UpsellPlus?

### ‍‍Overview

You’ll need to approve the subscription plan when installing UpsellPlus to get started. However, some stores may encounter an error that prevents them from completing the installation process that says: "**The shop cannot accept the provided charge.**"
