This guide will walk you through the steps to set up such an A/B test using UpsellPlus.


Step-by-Step Guide


You can use the A/B test to show a product as version A and not show any product as version B.


  1. Log in to Shopify Admin


  1. Open the UpsellPlus App
  • Go to Apps in the lefthand menu
  • Click UpsellPlus from the list of installed apps


  1. Create a New Checkout Offer
  • Click Create Offer and choose the **Checkout **option


  1. Configure Version A (With Upsell)
  • Add an upsell product to the offer using the resource picker
  • Customize its design and messaging to match your goals



  1. Click **Add an A/B version **to duplicate Version A as Version B



  1. Open the resource picker for Version B



  1. Unselect the selected product



  1. Save!
