How to show an upsell based on a certain cart value or other conditions

To target the right customers with a relevant upsell, you can use UpsellPlus' Smart Rules.

This allows you to set conditions for when to show the upsell.

In the UpsellPlus app, go to the offer you want to add Smart Rules to

Scroll all the way down to the Smart Rules card

Configure your Smart Rules



Save the changes to your offer

You can use the AND and OR boolean operators to combine multiple rules. Here's an example:





You can add Smart Rules for:

- Cart total
- Cart product QTY if a specific product
- Cart products in collection/not in collection
- Cart products is product A/not product A
- Cart products has tag/doesn't have tag
