How to add a quantity selector (Line Item Actions) to the checkout

If a customer is in your checkout, we want to avoid them having to go back to the cart page to make changes to their cart.

In the old checkout.liquid checkout, we had the ability to remove items added to cart as an upsell.



Now you can do the same in the new Checkout Extensibility.

Go to your checkout editor

Shopify Admin > Settings > Checkout > Open your checkout profile

Click 'Add app block'



Click 'Line Item Actions' by UpsellPlus.



Save the checkout profile.


Done!

Now customers can adjust the quantity of line items in the cart when they're in checkout.



If you want to only offer the line item actions for products added as an upsell, you can toggle that setting in the checkout editor sidebar:
