How to show an upsell on a specific page of the checkout
In the new checkout, you can set your checkout to be 3-page or 1-page. On the 3-page version you can put a checkout extension on a specific page. To change the position of the upsell on the new checkout, follow the steps below:
Log in to Shopify Admin
Open the UpsellPlus app
Go to Apps in the left-hand menu
Click UpsellPlus from the list of installed apps
Click this button: Go to Checkout Editor
Navigate to the gear icon top left
Scroll down to Checkout layout
Choose checkout type
Click at top of checkout editor to select which page to edit
Select a location for the upsell
Drag the upsell up or down in the sidebar by clicking and dragging the six dots next to the app extension.
You can select which page (Information, Shipping, Payment) the upsell shows on by selecting the page from the dropdown at the top of the page
Drag and drop the extension to position the upsell
Click 'Save' in the top right corner
