Where can I find and approve the Collaborator Request?


Overview


A collaborator request is a request that grants specific permissions in the store, allowing us to access and check what’s happening.

We want to help you succeed with UpsellPlus, and for that, we will probably need to access your online store to check, edit, or create upsells on your behalf.


Collaborator requests are sent to the store owner's email address. You can approve it directly from the email.


This guide provides step-by-step instructions to find and approve the collaborator request.


Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Access Shopify Admin Settings
  • Log in to your Shopify Admin panel using your credentials.
  • Navigate to Settings.

  1. Navigate to Users and Permissions from the left sidebar.
  • Click on the Users and Permissions tab on the menu.

  1. Scroll down to the Collaborators section,
  • Check for the pending request
  • Click on the request, review the permissions, and then accept it.
