How to Trigger Offers Based on Klaviyo Segments?

Overview


UpsellPlus allows you to set rules and conditions within the Targeting section to control when an upsell should appear. You can find the Targeting section at the top of each upsell offer.


With the Klaviyo Segment targeting rule, you can display specific offers to selected customer groups based on their Klaviyo segments. This helps you create more personalized upsell experiences and show the right offers to the right customers.




Step-by-Step Guide


  1. Log in to Shopify Admin
  2. Open the UpsellPlus App
  • Go to Apps in the left-hand menu
  • Click UpsellPlus from the list of installed apps


  1. Create or edit an upsell offer
  2. Head to the Targeting section



  1. Add the Klaviyo Segment Rule
  • Click on 'Add Targeting Rule'
  • Select Klaviyo Segment




  1. Click Save.
