The UpsellPlus Analytics Dashboard is a central hub for tracking offer performance, understanding customer behavior, and maximizing revenue. Whether you’re reviewing overall store performance or analyzing an individual offer, these metrics provide a clear view of your upsell results.
Step-by-Step Guide
To track your upsell performance:
- Log in to Shopify Admin
- Open the UpsellPlus App
- Go to Apps in the left-hand menu
- Click UpsellPlus from the list of installed apps

- Select a Date Range
- Click on the date range selector to pick a specific time period, allowing you to track performance more accurately within your chosen dates.

- Choose a Specific Offer
- Click on the All offers button to select a specific offer, allowing you to monitor performance more precisely for that selected offer.

Within the dashboard, you can monitor key performance metrics, including:
- Total Revenue: The overall revenue generated from your upsell offers.
- Total Impressions: The number of times your offers were displayed.
- Total Conversions: The number of successful customer actions resulting from your offers.
- Revenue Per Impression: Average revenue earned each time an offer is shown. Formula: total upsell revenue ÷ total impressions.
- Upsell Attach Rate: Percentage of orders that included at least one upsell item. Formula: orders with upsells ÷ total orders.
- Revenue Share: Upsell revenue as a percentage of total shop revenue. Formula: upsell revenue ÷ total shop revenue × 100.
- Avg. Upsell Amount: Average revenue per accepted upsell line item. Formula: total upsell revenue ÷ total conversions.
Within the Insights section, you can monitor your top-selling upsell products and view orders that include upsells.
