Step-by-Step Guide
Create Your Post-Purchase Offer
Log in to your Shopify Admin panel.
Navigate to the UpsellPlus app.
Click on Create Offer.
Select Post-Purchase as the offer type.
Reference this article for Step 1.
Translate Static Strings
Within the offer creation page, click on the Customization toggle menu.
Scroll down to the Translations fields.
Enter the translated text for each static string.
For example, to translate into Spanish:

Set Language-Based Display Conditions
In the Smart Rules section, specify the language condition for the offer.
Select the language that matches the translation you've provided.
For example, to display the offer to Spanish-speaking customers, set the condition to Language is Spanish.

Create Offers for Other Languages
Repeat the above steps to create separate offers for each language you support.
Ensure that each offer has the appropriate translations and language conditions set.
Set a Default Language Offer
Create an offer in your store's default language without setting a language condition.
This ensures that customers whose language preferences don't match any specific offer still receive a post-purchase offer.
Use Case Example
A store wants to display post-purchase offers in English, French, and Spanish based on the customer's language preference. They create three separate offers, each translated accordingly and set with the appropriate language condition:

Default Language: English

Spanish
