Understanding the UpsellPlus Home page (missions, levels and offer verdicts)
Home answers three questions: is it working, what has it earned, and what should I do next? What you see depends on where your store is: new stores see their setup journey, growing stores see their upsell share of store revenue and their next level, and established stores see a verdict for each offer. A short list of Missions (at most three) shows the next best steps.
- Where: Home (first item in the UpsellPlus menu)
- Full analytics: Analytics → Overview (or Open Analytics on Home)

Your shopper journey
The journey shows each step where UpsellPlus can show offers: Product pages, Cart, Checkout, Post-purchase and Earn. Each step has a status:
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Live | Offers are on and being seen |
Off | No live offers on this step |
Not showing | Offers are on, but the app block or extension isn't installed, so shoppers can't see them. Click Fix in editor. |
May not be showing | This step usually gets views but hasn't had any in the last 3 days |
Above the journey you'll see Revenue from UpsellPlus for the last 30 days, AOV lift and orders with upsells. In the first days, you'll see offer views and accepted offers; revenue and trends appear after a few days of data.
Mission levels

Levels are based on your upsell share of store revenue: how much of your store's revenue comes from UpsellPlus upsells.
Level | Upsell share of store revenue |
|---|---|
Pre-launch | Below 1% |
Liftoff | 1% |
Orbit | 2% |
Moonshot | 3% |
Deep Space | 5% |
- Levels are earned in a full calendar month with at least 30 orders.
- Home shows your pace over the last 30 days compared with the 30 days before, and how much more upsell revenue reaches the next level.
- It also shows how often orders include an upsell now, and how often they'd need to for the next level.
- Earn revenue is shown separately and doesn't count toward your share.
Missions: your next steps
Home lists up to three ranked actions, with an estimated monthly impact where possible. Examples:
- Fill the gap: some shoppers on a step see no offer because none of your offers match their cart
- Fix block: a block points to an offer that was deleted or turned off
- Add offers to {step}: a step has no live offers yet
- Recommended for your store: a strategy that fits your store
- Test a better offer: few orders include an upsell, so an A/B test could help
- Turn on Earn: get paid for orders with a partner offer on your Thank You and Order Status pages
Offer verdicts: Scale, Keep, Fix, Test
For established stores, every offer gets a one-word verdict. Verdicts compare each offer's revenue per view with your other offers over the last 30 days:
Verdict | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
Scale | Among your best earners per view, but gets a small share of views | Show it more |
Keep | Performing in line with your other offers | None |
Fix | Earns less than half your typical revenue per view | Edit offer |
Test | Has enough traffic for an A/B test, and none is running | Start A/B test |
Flight report and milestones
- Flight report: at the start of each month, Home shows a short report on last month: your share of store revenue from upsells, upsell revenue, the level you reached, and your next mission.
- Milestones: Home celebrates your first upsell order, a full funnel (offers live on product, cart, checkout and post-purchase), your first A/B test winner, and each new level.
Other cards on Home
- Top offers this month or the last 30 days, with change versus the previous period
- Running experiments, with whether the challenger is ahead or behind
- Recent upsell orders
- What's new: recent product updates
