Understanding UpsellPlus analytics (metrics, offer reports and funnels)
UpsellPlus analytics shows how much revenue your offers add and which offers earn it. Go to Analytics in the UpsellPlus menu. It has five views: Overview, Explore, Funnel, Post-purchase and Rewards. Every offer also has its own report. The date range and currency are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark any view or send it to a colleague.
- Where: Analytics (or Open Analytics on Home)
- Date range: presets for the last 7, 30, 60 or 365 days, or a custom range
- Quick summary: the Home page shows your last 30 days, your level and what to do next

The five views

Report for a single offer
Open an offer's report from the offer list, from the offer editor, or by clicking it in Explore. You'll see its results by placement, by product, by originating product (the product that triggered the offer) and by device. Clearance offers also show what's on clearance now and what has cleared. If the offer is part of a post-purchase funnel, click View funnel analytics.
Post-purchase funnel report
Analytics → Post-purchase lists each funnel with entries, accepts, accept rate, revenue and revenue per entry. Open a funnel to see each step: impressions, accepts, declined/left and revenue. "Declined / left" is impressions minus accepts, so it includes shoppers who left the page.
See and export orders with upsells
Analytics → Overview shows Orders with upsells for the selected range. Use the export to download them as a CSV.
FAQ
Why don't I see any data yet?
Offers need impressions first. New data can take up to an hour to appear. Check that your offers are active and the app block is installed (Home shows Not showing if it isn't).
Is "Total Revenue" my store revenue?
No. It's only the revenue from products added through UpsellPlus offers. See How is upsell revenue calculated?
Where did the old dashboard go?
It's Analytics → Overview.
